Critique!!

This website is designed more like a handout. The alignment of text across is page is not uniform. It looks like its strewn all over the place. The selection of the colors is also not very appealing. Its the LOOK & FEEL of the webpage which makes all the difference. Its a common policy to follow to KISS(Keep it Straight and Simple) strategy. Using background images is also not a very good option for webpages. There doesn't seem to be proper demarcations in the page. The page is all goofed up.
