Interesting Talk!

Biggest Problem is communicating with the clients. Writing a report before the estimate. Reviewing all the particulars and transferring them to estimates. Biggest skill for web related guys shoudl not be programming, should not be designing but it should be thinking!! So better late than neva!! Start thinking guyz!! Talk to Design people involved with the product. Website should be hi-tech enough to bring them out of the stone-age. Am amazed at the amount a webdesigner charges .. I couldnt believe my ears when he said it may go upto 150$ an hour!! OMG!! am still in a state of shock listening to it.

CSS Formatting!

This was a pretty useful inclass. Learnt a bit about css styling with images. Am waiting to learn flash in the next few classes and also JavaScript. Here is my link to the poem.

This webpage has been designed well
and CSS has been extensively used in this webpage. The layout of the page is also well defined and the overall look and feel of the page matches the title of the same, the Kyoto Forest. This page has been well designed and implemented with extensive CSS.

Critique!!

This website is designed more like a handout. The alignment of text across is page is not uniform. It looks like its strewn all over the place. The selection of the colors is also not very appealing. Its the LOOK & FEEL of the webpage which makes all the difference. Its a common policy to follow to KISS(Keep it Straight and Simple) strategy. Using background images is also not a very good option for webpages. There doesn't seem to be proper demarcations in the page. The page is all goofed up.
